We need your help!

We are working to improve pre-eclampsia research to enable doctors and midwives to provide better treatments and care for pregnant women and their babies.

Share your expertise and help shape the future of research and clinical practice.

What is the challenge

Different studies testing treatments for pre-eclampsia often measure different outcomes.

For example, when a new blood pressure medication is being tested, one researcher may decide to measure the fall in blood pressure and another researcher may only measure medication side effects.

When complete, the results from both studies cannot be compared or combined because the researchers have looked at different outcomes.

This is a barrier to improving the care women and their babies receive.

Our aim is to develop a common set of outcomes that all researchers studying pre-eclampsia can use, advancing pre-eclampsia research to the next level by ensuring big data is good data.

We invite you to sign up to become an iHOPE collaborator.

Healthcare professionals, researchers, and patients from all backgrounds and locations are invited to contribute.

As an iHOPE collaborator we will ask you to read a short informative e-mail and take part in an online survey.
