    If you are exhibiting for more than one day, please make sure that all your equipment etc is packed and stored away at the end of each day. Euroscicon can provide space for storage of your PACKED equipment overnight. Euroscicon does not accept any responsibility for equipment that has been kept overnight at the venue, which should be insured separately

  • When the event is finished

    After the event please remove all equipment and leave the room tidy. If arranging for collection by courier, please ensure your boxes etc are fully labeled before leaving.

  • Delivery of items to the venue on the day of the event

    You can deliver your items under the tent, but cannot leave your car there. In order to get through security, please email Chris.OConnor [@] or o2.cinema [@], stating that you are exhibiting at a Euroscicon event, with the following details:

    • Driver name
    • Company name
    • Vehicle Registration
    • Arrival Time
  • Exhibition set up on the day

    There will be signage to direct you to the appropriate meeting room on the day.

    You will have a space approximately 2m wide and 2m long for your stand, which may be table-top or pop-up style. Each exhibitor will be allocated a table and 2 chairs. Please note that the tables are quite long, so do bring your own corporate tablecloths if you wish. If you know that you will not require a table or a different arrangement, please let us know in advance.

    Delivery of stands on the day of the event is from 08:30 and there will be Euroscicon personnel available at the same time. The meeting will start with registration at 09.30 unless otherwise advised, from which time refreshments will be available in the exhibition area.

  • Arranging courrier pick up

    After the meeting packages can be picked up between 9:30 AND 5.30 the following day,  from

  • What is provided?

    All our exhibitors have full access to the event and all refreshments and food

    Euroscicon ensures sure that the exhibitors eat before the end of meeting sessions, when possible,  so that they are free to liaise with the delegates during the breaks

    All exhibitors are welcome to attend any social event that has been arranged and will be informed of social events in their delegate packs


  • Accessing the delegate list

    The delegate list is available in real time once registration is completed and the balance is zero

    • On registration delegates agree under our terms and conditions to be listed, however they are free to log into their registration details and remove themselves from this list.
    • Use of this list is on agreement that it is restricted to those who attended this event ONLY and cannot be distributed to third parties

  • Event Wi-Fi

    The Wi-Fi details are printed on the back of your delegate badge

  • Access to the talks

    All our exhibitors have full access to the event.

    If you do go to a talk before lunch however, please make sure that you leave early if you want to eat before the delegates.

  • Placing an article on

    All sponsors can place  unlimited free copy on our Life Science Events Industry Updates Pages and in our e-newsletter which will also be placed on our Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter networks

    If your company has paid for a speaking slot your speaker will automatically be placed on the question time panel
