About Event
This online event provides an innovative platform for Research scientists, immunologists and pharmaceutical professionals involved in basic and translational research related to laboratory diagnostics, including immuno-haematology.
Event Description: This event offers an excellent opportunity to be familiar with existing practices on Antigen-Antibody Interactions 2018 during April 23-24, 2018. It is an innovative online platform for Research scientists, immunologists and pharmaceutical professionals involved in basic and translational research related to laboratory diagnostics, including immune-haematology. We cordially invite all the participants who are interested in sharing their knowledge and research in the areas of Immunology, microbiology, pharmacy and other research fields to worlds scientific community.
Antigen-Antibody Interaction is a particular chemical interaction between antibodies formed by B cells of the white blood cells and antigens during immune reaction. It is the fundamental reaction in the body by which the body is protected from complex extraneous molecules, such as pathogens and their chemical toxins. In the blood, the antigens especially with high attraction bound to the antibodies to form an antigen-antibody complex. The immune complex is then transported to cellular systems where it can be destroyed or deactivated. It may abbreviated as ag-ab interactions. These form the basis for humoral immunity or Antibody mediated immunity. These reactions form the foundation for detection of infectious disease causing agents and also some nonspecific agents like enzyme.
The principles of specificity and cross-reactivity of the antigen-antibody interaction are useful in clinical laboratory for diagnostic purposes. One basic application is determination of ABO blood group. It is also used as a molecular technique for infection with different pathogens, such as HIV, microbes, and helminth parasites. Antigen-antibody interaction is used in laboratory techniques for serological test of blood compatibility and various pathogenic infections. The most basic is ABO blood group determination, which is useful for blood transfusion. Sophisticated applications include ELISA, enzyme-linked immunospot (Elispot), immunofluorescence, and immune electrophoresis. This Event on Antigen-Antibody Interactions 2018 mainly focuses on the latest advancements and research in antigen-antibody interactions. It will also discuss the parameters of the Antigen Antibody Interactions and the various effects like Valency and affinity, Estimating antibody affinity and kinetics, the interaction of antibodies with soluble antigens, Radio-immunoassays, Immunofluorescence.
This online event gathers the world’s best experts, doctors, academic scientists and researchers to exchange and share their research experience in the field of Immunology. It’s highly advised for those who are working in the fields of Immunology, microbiology, pharmacy and other related research fields.
