As part of the continuing growth and success we are now seeking to recruit a high-calibre senior Bioscientist to enhance the leadership and continued development of our Bioscience Department. Reporting to the Director of Bioscience, and deputising when required, you will have strategic level interaction with our customers and other stakeholders, including report finalisation and the presentation of findings to audiences. You will lead and manage the activities of senior Bioscientist team members, including project design and sponsorship across multiple work-streams.
You will be qualified to PhD or equivalent, with significant senior experience of a wide range of in vitro biology techniques supporting the delivery of biochemical and cellular assay work-streams in an integrated drug discovery environment. A strategic understanding of best-in-class external developments and practice is vital for the role. You will also have demonstrably successful team-leadership abilities and excellent levels of commercial awareness, preferably acquired within a multi-disciplinary CRO.
