The Effect of Probiotic Supplementation on the Metabolic Responses to High-Fat Overfeeding.

We are seeking a Research Associate to conduct an industry-funded research project investigating the role of probiotics in the prevention of human metabolic disease. Applicants should have a PhD in nutrition, metabolism or a closely related subject; have experience of diet analysis, planning and food preparation; be phlebotomy trained and have considerable experience in obtaining venous blood samples; be experienced with basic blood biochemistry (eg. ELISA techniques); and have extensive experience running human research projects.
