“It was good to hear cutting edge cancer research” commented a delegate from Euroscicon’s 2014 Controlling Cancer Summit. This interesting 3 day event was chaired by Dr Eleanor O’Sullivan, University Dental School & Hospital, Ireland (Day 1 -Advances in Cancer Screening and Prevention Research), Dr Miriam Dwek, University of Westminster, UK (Day 2 – Cancer Biomarker Discovery and Assay Development) and Dr Ann White, University of Southampton, UK (Day 3 – Anti-Cancer Therapeutics: From research to trials to treatment).
Delegates liked the intimate, friendly and informal atmosphere of the meeting. They commented that the sessions were very informative and interesting. They also liked the venue, the mix of speakers and the question and answer session.
