Principal Investigators (in Gene Regulation and Expression)

Applications are invited for one or more Principal Investigator (PI) positions from candidates wishing to lead a research group working on any aspect of nuclear function, joining the Centre for Gene Regulation and Expression in Dundee.

The Centre for Gene Regulation and Expression comprises research groups headed by twelve Principal Investigators and one Associate Principal Investigator. These groups include over one hundred postdoctoral and postgraduate scientists studying gene expression and genome biology using advanced technologies including quantitative imaging and quantitative proteomics.

Applications are invited from either experienced postdoctoral researchers seeking to start their first independent research group, or existing PIs in a tenured or tenure track position. We particularly welcome applications from dynamic, passionate and highly collegiate researchers. Applicants are expected to be competitive in obtaining external research funding and/or fellowship support.
