This interesting meeting was chaired on Day 1, by Mr Joost Schuitemaker (IQ Products, The Netherlands),on Day 2 by Dr Stella Nowicki (Professor Microbiology and Immunology, Meharry Medical College, USA) and on Day 3 by Dr Anne Parle-McDermott (Lecturer in Genetics, Dublin City University, Ireland) who kindly stepped in for Professor Ray Iles who was unable to attend. Delegates liked the diversity of lectures, the open discussions and the conference room. They also liked the fact that researchers from all over the world attended the event.
