Off

Announcing Neuronal Signaling a new journal from the Biochemical Society covering all aspects of signaling within and between neurons.

Publishing high-quality molecular and cellular neuroscience research, Neuronal Signaling will span a variety of neuroscientific disciplines, from signaling pathways involved in nervous system development through to neurodegeneration, synaptopathies, psychiatric disorders and other pathologies.

The journal is a fully open access journal, publishing online-only, and is supported by Editor-in-Chief Professor Aideen Sullivan (University College Cork, Ireland) and expert Editorial Board. Now open for submissions, the Open Access article publishing charge will be waived for the first 50 accepted papers. Submit your paper for consideration at neuronalsignal.msubmit.net

Journal coverage includes basic signaling interests (e.g. neurotransmitters, ions and ion channels, receptors and messenger molecules, and kinases/phosphatases), as well as electrical signaling, signaling in neural circuits, neuroimaging, signaling aspects of pathologies, synaptic transmission and plasticity, and therapeutic intervention.
